Isaac Smith - Artist - Flight in Leaded Glass ... a work in Stained Glass

The client had recessed lighting and wanted stained glass suspended to cover the lights. The husband enjoys flying and the room looks out to a lake so I created a design that combines flight with the flow of water. Different elements of aircraft, birds and the flow of water are tied in to the three panels. I enjoy how the ends curve instead of being right angles.

I was so inspired by this design that I created a painting titled Second Flight.
